Shuttle ("biz", "uygulama") olarak gizliliğinize saygı duyuyor ve kişisel verilerinizin korunmasını ciddiye alıyoruz. Bu politika, Shuttle mobil uygulaması aracılığıyla hangi verileri topladığımızı, bu verileri nasıl kullandığımızı ve sizin haklarınızı açıklar.
Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Politikayı kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayınız.

Topladığımız veriler yalnızca aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanılır:
- Hesap oluşturma, doğrulama ve yönetimi
- AI destekli kişiselleştirilmiş seyahat planları oluşturma
- Uygulama içi bildirimlerin iletilmesi
- Şifre sıfırlama ve e-posta doğrulama işlemleri
- Premium abonelik ve kullanım kotasının yönetimi
- Uygulama güvenliğinin ve sistemin korunması
- Teknik hata takibi ve destek süreçleri
- Yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi
Verileriniz, yukarıda belirtilen amaçlar dışında kullanılmaz, reklam profillemesi veya üçüncü taraflara satışı yapılmaz.
🔗 4. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Uygulama, aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmetlerden yararlanmaktadır. Bu hizmetlerin her birinin kendi gizlilik politikaları mevcuttur:
- Google Google Sign-In (OAuth2) ile kimlik doğrulama ve harita/konum verileri. Politika →

🌍 Uluslararası Veri Transferi
Bazı verileriniz Türkiye dışına (ABD) aktarılabilir:
- OpenAI (ABD): Seyahat tercihleriniz trip planı oluşturmak için OpenAI sunucularına iletilir.
- Google (ABD): Google ile giriş yapılması halinde kimlik bilgileri Google'a iletilir.
- OneSignal (ABD): Push bildirim tokeni OneSignal altyapısına iletilir.
Bu aktarımlar GDPR kapsamındaki Standart Sözleşme Maddeleri (SCCs) ve KVKK Madde 9 güvenceleri çerçevesinde gerçekleşmektedir.
📱 Cihazda Yerel Depolama
- Şifrelenmiş güvenli depolama (FlutterSecureStorage): Oturum yenileme tokenı.
- Uygulama tercihleri (SharedPreferences): Dil seçimi ve genel ayarlar.
- Ağ önbelleği: Seyahat görselleri performans amacıyla geçici olarak önbelleğe alınır.
Bu veriler yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur ve sunucularımıza gönderilmez.
🗄️ 5. Veri Saklama Süresi
- Hesap verileri: Hesabınızı silene kadar saklanır.
- Seyahat planları: Hesap silindiğinde tüm plan verileri kalıcı olarak silinir.
- Erişim tokenları: ~5 dakika (uygulama kapatıldığında temizlenir).
- Yenileme tokenları: ~30 gün.
- E-posta doğrulama kodları: Kısa süreli, kullanım sonrası silinir.
- IP adresi ve cihaz kaydı: Hesap silinene kadar güvenlik amacıyla saklanır.
🗑️ Hesap ve Veri Silme
Hesabınızı ve tüm kişisel verilerinizi kalıcı olarak silmek için iki yöntemden birini kullanabilirsiniz:
- Uygulama içinden: Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil adımlarını takip edin.
- E-posta ile: info@shuttletravelapp.com adresine "Hesap Silme Talebi" konulu e-posta gönderin.
Tüm veriler kalıcı ve geri alınamaz biçimde silinir. Talepler 30 gün içinde tamamlanır.
🔒 6. Veri Güvenliği
- Tüm API iletişimi HTTPS/TLS şifrelemesiyle korunur.
- Şifreler bcrypt ile hashlenerek saklanır; düz metin olarak tutulmaz.
- Yenileme tokenları cihazda şifrelenmiş güvenli depolamada (FlutterSecureStorage) tutulur.
- Giriş denemeleri oran sınırlamasıyla (rate limiting) korunur.
- Token doğrulama RSA anahtar çiftiyle gerçekleştirilir.

⚖️ 7. Haklarınız (KVKK & GDPR)
6698 sayılı KVKK ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:
- Erişim hakkı: Hakkınızda işlenen verilere erişim talep edebilirsiniz.
- Düzeltme hakkı: Hatalı veya eksik verilerin düzeltilmesini talep edebilirsiniz.
- Silme hakkı: Hesabınızı ve ilişkili tüm verileri silebilirsiniz.
- İşlemeyi kısıtlama: Belirli durumlarda veri işlemenin kısıtlanmasını talep edebilirsiniz.
- Taşınabilirlik: Verilerinizin taşınabilir bir formatta iletilmesini talep edebilirsiniz.
- İtiraz hakkı: Meşru menfaate dayalı işlemelere itiraz edebilirsiniz.
- Onay geri çekme: Rıza ile toplanan veriler için onayınızı geri çekebilirsiniz.

👶 8. Çocukların Gizliliği
Shuttle, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaşın altında olduğunu bildiğimiz bir kullanıcıya ait verileri bilerek toplamıyoruz. Böyle bir durumu fark ederseniz lütfen info@shuttletravelapp.com adresinden bildiriniz; ilgili verileri derhal sileceğiz.
📢 9. Politika Değişiklikleri
Bu gizlilik politikasını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi bildirim veya e-posta yoluyla duyurulur. Güncelleme sonrasında uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni politikayı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

We do not use your data for advertising profiling or sell it to third parties.

Shuttle uses the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

- Unsplash Travel photos displayed in trip plans are fetched from the Unsplash API. Policy →
🌍 International Data Transfers
Some of your data may be transferred outside of Turkey (to the USA):
- OpenAI (USA): Your travel preferences are sent to OpenAI servers to generate trip plans.
- Google (USA): When signing in with Google, identity data is sent to Google.
- OneSignal (USA): Your push notification token is sent to OneSignal's infrastructure.
These transfers are carried out under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as required by GDPR and the safeguards provided under KVKK Article 9.
📱 Local Device Storage
- Encrypted secure storage (FlutterSecureStorage): Session refresh token.
- App preferences (SharedPreferences): Language selection and general settings.
- Network cache: Travel images are temporarily cached for performance.
This data is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers.
🗄️ 5. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained until you delete your account.
- Trip plans: Permanently deleted when your account is deleted.
- Access tokens: ~5 minutes; cleared when the app is closed.
- Refresh tokens: ~30 days.
- Email verification codes: Short-lived; deleted after use.
- IP address and device records: Retained for security purposes until account deletion.
🗑️ Account and Data Deletion
To permanently delete your account and all associated personal data, you can use either of the following methods:
- In-app: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- By email: Send a request to info@shuttletravelapp.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
All data is permanently and irreversibly deleted. Requests are completed within 30 days.
🔒 6. Data Security
- All API communication is protected with HTTPS/TLS encryption.
- Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text.
- Refresh tokens are stored in encrypted secure storage on-device (FlutterSecureStorage).
- Login attempts are protected by rate limiting.
- Token signing uses RSA key pairs.

⚖️ 7. Your Rights (GDPR & KVKK)
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698), you have the following rights:

- Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure: Delete your account and all associated data.
- Right to restriction: Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
- Right to data portability: Receive your data in a portable format.

- Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw consent for consent-based processing at any time.
- Right to lodge a complaint: You may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) under Turkish law, or with the data protection authority in your country of residence under GDPR.

👶 8. Children's Privacy
Shuttle is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us at info@shuttletravelapp.com and we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
